With AutoCAD 360, users will be able to edit 2D files right in the browser, including collaborative editing where multiple users can see and edit a drawing. It all starts in GrabCAD Workbench, where users can launch the apps they sign up for in Toolbox. ![]() An explanation of how the features work on GrabCAD’s site reads: GrabCAD has over 700,000 users who will now be able to access design tools that would perhaps have been too costly. This partnership and resulting new features, allowing users to use AutoCAD 360 and Fusion 360 in the cloud, only serves to improve their already lofty standing in the CAD community. ![]() GrabCAD was only founded four short years ago but in that time it has become the one-stop-shop for CAD designers across the globe. Autodesk are a fast moving bunch, less than a month ago they moved to save TinkerCad, now they have stepped up to join forces with the premier sharing and viewing platform for 3D designs, GrabCAD, to allow 3D design on their Workbench platform.
